IPL Skin Rejuvenation
IPL Skin Rejuvenation
At Xenial Aesthetics, we offer advanced IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Skin Rejuvenation treatments using medical-grade technology designed to target common signs of sun damage and skin ageing. IPL delivers carefully selected wavelengths of light to specific chromophores within the skin, making it a versatile option for addressing concerns related to pigmentation and vascular irregularities.
Following a comprehensive skin consultation, your clinician will determine whether IPL is suitable for your skin type and concerns and develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
IPL Pigmentation Reduction
IPL Pigmentation treatments are commonly used for clients concerned with uneven skin tone and visible sun-related pigmentation concerns. The light energy is attracted to excess pigment within the skin, which is then naturally processed by the body over time.
IPL may be incorporated into treatment plans for concerns such as:
• Sun spots and age spots
• Freckles
• Uneven skin tone
• Areas of visible pigmentation associated with sun exposure
Multiple treatments may be recommended depending on the extent of the pigmentation and your individual treatment goals.
IPL Vascular Reduction
IPL Vascular treatments are commonly used for concerns involving visible redness and superficial vascular irregularities. The light energy targets the colour within these vessels while minimising disruption to the surrounding skin.
IPL may be considered as part of a treatment plan for concerns such as:
• Diffuse facial redness
• Broken capillaries and visible superficial vessels
• Flushing and redness-prone skin
• Vascular lesions deemed suitable for treatment following assessment
During your consultation, your clinician will assess your skin and discuss the expected treatment process, potential risks, aftercare requirements, and whether IPL is appropriate for your individual needs.
As with all cosmetic treatments, individual outcomes vary, and a series of treatments may be recommended to support your treatment goals.
