Refunds

Xenial Aesthetics have a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases and deposit if you simply change your mind,  if you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment, or it is deemed unnecessary, unneeded or unwarranted, the deposit will be charged to cover the consultation fee. Due to the nature of cosmetic injectables and skin treatments, refunds are not applicable.

Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals if you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment by our Registered Nurse, or if it is deemed unnecessary, unneeded or unwarranted.

Xenial Aesthetics reserves the right not to remedy any unsatisfactory treatment results without the presence of the patient at a follow-up appointment.

If you do not notify Xenial Aesthetics of an adverse reaction or unsatisfactory result within two weeks of your treatment, Xenial Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse a remedy.

Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation. The deposit is refunded if 48hours or more is given.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, do not attend a booked appointment or are running 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, the deposit will be not be refunded.

The following reasons will result in the deposit being forfeited:

  1. Deciding at the time of your appointment not to proceed with your treatment.

  2. Failure to attend or cancellation of any appointment within 48 hours of appointment time.

  3. Running 10 or more minutes late to an appointment

By making an appointment with Xenial Aesthetics you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.

Bookings

Your appointment will not be secured until your booking has been confirmed. 2 days prior to your appointment, you will receive a text and email reminder. Please respond by confirming or cancelling your appointment.

Attendance

To maintain the work health and safety of staff and clients, additional support persons (such as friends or family members) may not attend with you and are not permitted inside the procedure room. 

Children are not permitted within the procedure room at any time under any circumstances. 

 In order to ensure the quality of your service, we ask that you limit the use of your smartphone and other electronic devices.

Right to Decline Services

Please note that we do not accept all patients for treatment. We may decline to provide Services to any person. Clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation.

Racism, hate speech, threats and cyberbullying

There is a zero-tolerance policy at Xenial Aesthetics regarding racism, hate speech, threats, or cyberbullying. 

Should a patient or a proxy of a patient fail to abide by this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the clinic/patient relationship immediately.

COSMETIC INJECTABLES

Cosmetic injectable clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors. Xenial Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time, if the client is deemed unsuitable for treatment, or the treatment is deemed unnecessary, or unwarranted.

At every single scheduled treatment appointment every client will be examined, assessed and consulted by our Registered Nurse, irrespective of pre-payment or prior appointments.

Xenial Aesthetics may ask for photo identification to ensure that the client is over 18 years of age and reserves the right to refuse treatment if this is not provided. No-one under the age of 18 will be administered any cosmetic injectable treatments. If the client is pregnant or breastfeeding they will be refused treatment. 30-minute consultations are at a fee of $50, a consultation longer than 30 minutes will attract a fee of $100.00.The consultation fee is redeemable on treatment. If the client is deemed unsuitable for treatment, or the treatment is deemed unnecessary, or unwarranted the consultation fee will be charged. Price per area is defined a sufficient product to achieve the medically appropriate result. For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Medication & Medical History

It is the patients responsibility to be open and honest about any medications and medical history they have. Including if there is a change in their medical history (eg cold sores or pregnancy) allergies or medications (eg Isotretinoin).

In the event of:

In the unlikely event of an unforeseen emergency involving the care of the patient, the patient will be evacuated to a hospital at the discretion of attending paramedics. All costs relating to the transfer and care of the patient remain the responsibility of the patient. Please advise your treating practitioner of any procedures, medication either oral or topical that you are currently or have recently taken or used. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if you become aware of any serious complications after attending Xenial Aesthetics.

Asymmetry

All humans are asymmetrical. While we will endeavour to improve the appearance of asymmetry if requested by you, we make no warranties, guarantees or representations in relation to symmetry. 

We do not offer complimentary treatments in the case of asymmetry, whether pre- or post-treatment. 

If you request we provide you with services to correct or improve post-treatment asymmetry, you will be liable to pay any Fees and Associated Costs as advised at the time of treatment.

Dissolving of Dermal fillers

If after undergoing a treatment involving the injection of dermal fillers with Xenial Aesthetics and you would like to dissolve any filler, please note the policy below:

  1. Xenial Aesthetics will first assess you at a minimum of 4-weeks post-procedure;

  2. Xenial Aesthetics will provide you with an estimate of how many sessions will be required to dissolve the filler to achieve the desired result (we note that patients typical require 2-3 sessions);

  3. You will be liable to pay Fees of approximately $450 per treatment session to dissolve the filler in accordance with our payment policy set out in these terms;

  4. Xenial Aesthetics may decline treatment if it would be unsafe or not in your best interest, or if we wish to cease the practitioner-patient relationship. 

  5. If decline treatment, we will refer you another clinic for further treatment.

  6. Xenial Aesthetics does not dissolve other practitioner's work.
